Obverse IV 1 -

Reverse D2a - First die gouge state with horizontal die gouge extending to right from third tail feather from right. Also, has fine horizonal die scratch from top of left star over to wreath leaf (formerly VAM 3AH) and broken line of dot patches from left A in AMERICA up to denticles of VAM 3A1b.
