After this stage was listed, has anyone seen a VAM-33 (28B) that didn't have this characteristic?

Below are features found on the very late die stage of this variety, which is significantly rarer than the ordinary 33A, which is just scarce despite the R6 designation. In December 2008, this die state was assigned 1904-O VAM-33B.
