21 III2 12 - C4j (Doubled Forehead, O Set Right) (?) I-2 R-5
Obverse III2 12 - Slightly doubled forehead and nose bridge and top of Phrygian cap. Very slightly doubled ear right inside.
Reverse C4j - III O mint mark set slightly right and at normal height.
