III2 12 - C4/C3h (Near Slanted Date, 2 Olives Reverse) (?) I-2 R-5
Obverse III2 12 - Slightly doubled 19 with 1 faintly below upper crossbar and 9 at top inside of upper loop. Date at left edge of normal lateral position and slanted with 1 close to denticles than right 0.
Die marker - Diagonal die polishing lines in TY of LIBERTY.
Reverse C4/C3h - Diagonal die scratches at lower inner and outer eagle's left wing feathers.
