Discovered December 1999 by R. Patchin.

Reverse C3i– Slight doubling on arrow feathers, shafts and heads on lower edge, some feathers between legs and right side of eagle’s left leg. IV S mint mark set slightly high and tilted far to the right.
Comments:
1. Since VAM numbers are assigned by die classification, and not just by die pairing, multiple die pairings may exist.
2. NOT ALL HAVE THE DIE CHIP L WREATH.

There is clear doubling on the reverse, defining VAM-14.
Not listed, the ear is minorly doubled at the bottom of the lobe. There is also an identifying die scratch by the ear.
