Discovery 2017 by LD Lane aka ChiefRet.
13 III2 13 - C3a (Near Date) (190) I-2 R-5
Obverse III2 13 - Date set further left than normal.
Die marker - Two diagonal polishing lines inside ear.
Reverse C3a - Small die chip at top middle of M in AMERICA on some specimens.
Comments:
1. "die chip" in M of AMERICA didn't survive the 'poke it with a stick' test on the discovery piece.
