45A III2 21 · C3q (Doubled Reverse Legend _ Right Wreath, Die Break UN) (190) I-2 R-6
Obverse III2 21– Later die state shows radial die crack between U-N of UNUM with slight displaced field break.
Die marker - Two vertical polishing lines in middle of phrygian cap below ribbon.
Reverse C3q - Slightly doubled right wreath leaves, AMERICA _ AR in DOLLAR, ONE and UNITED STATES OF towards rim.
Die marker - Small vertical die chip and polishing lines in eagle's wing-neck gap.

LVA Comments:
1- Corrected to 45A as per 2015 supplements
2- Shares the exact obverse with VAM-20 die 2 and Shares the exact reverse die with VAM-1G
