1890-S VAM-13 Doubled 18

Discovered by Maurice Dubreuil, January 1977.
13 III2 6 - C3e (Doubled 18) I-3 R
Obverse III2 6 - 1 doubled below upper crossbar as short spike ending in fine line. 8 doubled strongly at top of upper and lower loop openings and to the left of the upper loop.
Reverse C3e - Loops of S mint mark are filled in addition to being set high.
