1888-O VAM-6 Oval O, Last 8 Doubled

Discovered by Leroy Van Allen, December 1965.
This coin is a Top 100 Morgan VAM.
6(revised) III25 · C3b (Doubled 88 Top, Oval O, 8 in Denticles) (181) I-3 R-5
Obverse III2 5 Second 8 slightly doubled at top outside and last 8 strongly doubled at top outside as curved line separated from top. 8 showing in denticles as raised curved bar in denticle space below and to right of second 8 and faint vertical curved line in right adjacent denticle space.
