1884-O VAM-7A O/O Tilted Left, Far Date, Pitted Die ED

Discovered by Laurence Galbraith, July 2005.
7A III24 · C3d (O/O Tilted Left, Far Date, Pitted Die ED) (181) I-2 R-5
Reverse C3d– Raised dots around ED in UNITED from rusted die. II O mint mark repunched with original showing diagonally within opening. Right wreath doubled on outside and TATES OF AMERICA doubled at bottom.
