III2 21- C3a (Doubled 882 ) (?) I-2 R-6
Reverse C3a - Small die chip on left wreath leaves opposite NI in UNITED.

Comments:
1. This is a 2 for 1. At this point we do not know that the 1882-S VAM31 actually exisits.
