Obverse III2 4 – All digits in date doubled. 1 doubled below top and bottom crossbars. First 8 doubled at top and bottom outside and on surface at top inside of lower loop. Second 8 doubled on lower left outside of upper loop. 0 doubled at bottom outside and top outside left and right.
Reverse C3d – (Medium) IV S mint mark re-punched and tilted left with partially filled in lower loop. Curved line in middle of lower loop and at top of upper loop. Acid treated leaves to strengthen over polished ones in all left wreath clusters and couple leaves below top berries in right wreath.
1- This obverse shared with VAM-7 and VAM-94
2- This reverse shared with VAM-7, VAM-59 and VAM-61 .
3- The current VAM 7 listing matches the old VAM 36 description in the Van Allen - Mallis book, but there are examples that have this obverse paired with the 'old' VAM 7 mintmark as plated in the book.

Coin is "PL" because of the polishing. Obverse and reverse dies were obviously clashed prior to polishing. Here is the left-over clashing at Liberty's lips.
Mint mark of VAM-7?
Small die gouges/scratches at center crossbar of "E" in ONE.
Polished pitting at upper left inside and outside of "O" in DOLLAR?
Polished out Bow and Bow Ribbons.
Polished out three left lower tail feathers.
