Obverse III2 84 Doubled/tripled date with 1 at bottom outside of lower crossbar, 8 with notch at left outside of upper loop, 7 at lower edge of crossbar and 9 at left edge of lower loop. Die marker – X die polishing lines at top edge of forehead..
