Obverse III2 49 - Strongly doubled 87 with 8 on left inside and right outside of both loops and 7 at top outside and right side of vertical shaft. 9 slightly doubled on left outside of both loops and is shallow.
Die markers - Die scratch thru middle of E of LIBERTY and die scratch above cap ribbon.
Reverse C3a - Couple slightly doubled wreath leaves above LLAR.
