Discovered by Leroy Van Allen, December 1965. Obverse discovered by Neil Shaffer, November 1964.

Die marker - Long vertical polishing lines from bottom of right cotton boll down thru lower two cotton leaves.
Reverse C3b– Same hub doubling but different die.
