Common Die State for 1878 VAM 14.2?

Note this coin has radial reverse break on O of "OF" and has die gouges near Eagle's right wing. Common for VAM 14.2?

The break at OF is the VAM 14.2B stage. Not super rare. The feed finger scrapes are common.
