1923-S VAM 1CE QUESTION

I have a vam 1CE that has die crack through liberty hair bun through very bottom of T in liberty around to the S in trust
is that considered to minor to be in the description or just a sign of a later die state?

Die crack must show displaced field in order to be listed. Even so, die cracks are always useful as die markers. Die crack maps expedite VAM identification.

If you put it in the freezer, the ICE might get harder and crack the metal. Then it could be listed -- or at least thawed for dinner.... :)
