Could this impact the VAMWorld website in the near future? I would hate to see another platform migration.

AWS is still Amazon's most profitable business unit. The old VW disappeared because it was on someone else's wiki platform and that company disappeared. It sounds like Amazon is just undoing a big hiring spree related to AWS.

Messydesk is right. Some have set up tents next to the data centers in this area. They charge their phones and laptops off the stray electromagnetic energy near the buildings.... ;)
