I accidentally got into building the sets for the Shawnee and Poarch Creek Nations' silver dollars. This completes the Poarch Creek set. I just got one of the last two needed for the Shawnee set; so one to go.
The St. Gaudens Silver tokens are the second striking Carr did. The first strikes were brilliant. These are satin. Now have a couple of each.

Yeah, I was all proud of myself for figuring out the overstrike on the proof commem then I turned the flip over and it was written on it. D'ohh!

I do similar a lot, especially with early dollars, on eBay. Looking at the coin images, I labor over attributing them. Then I see the slab image and it is on the label.
