1897 VAM 1B?

The closest I think I can get to this coin is a 1B but there are polish lines all over and I can't seem to find the lines in the wing. Coin also has a smashed star on the right. Is it a 1B?

If it doesn't have the scratches on the wing as pictured, it's not VAM 1B.
