Time for a new light

I knew I wanted a new light for my microscope for a while, and I finally got around to ordering one last night. My currently light, which has probably lasted over 10 years, caught wind of me doing this. The bulb started flickering today and then it started smelling like magic smoke. Looks like I'll be experimenting with a temporary setup on the scope until the replacement shows up.
