Hi everyone new to VAMs seeing everyone's thoughts on value and also why ANACS is the only TPG to attribute this VAM? Is it common?

Adding CC to the date in your title would probably generate more views and comments.
PCGS and NGC don't attribute this VAM. Why?
PCGS by and large doesn't give a rat's behind about VAMs to begin with. I suspect they'd rather attribute fewer different VAMs, not more.
NGC probably should attribute this one, it's easy enough that even they can get it right.
