1878-S Trade Dollar NO Nocks

A ture Trade dollar i traded 3 common Morgan dollars for this work of art .
Two people made a trade . I think this is number 4 ll181/ll189 . raw AU 58 or MS 60 .
Start of break at rim to hair bum .

Wow no comments no this nice trade dollar . Hoping for an ms grade and no details .

I didn’t see the post. Looks nice from what I can see though it’s hard to make out the surfaces. Can you zoom in on the mint mark?

Hi JASONFLOYD here are 3 more photos , mint mark and 2 of surface . Evenly color with
some shine both sides . Grade could be better then i think .. Hope the mint mark
is good . i like the little crack at the hair bun . All the futures on the coin are strong , Photos okay for show an tell .

Photos suggest AU condition (a real AU not the TPG versions)

Thank-you about the grade . AU would still make me happy . Just starting to learn
more about Trade Dollars .. Their are a lot of hi points on the Trade Dollar for easy wear .

Yeah, I agree with AU. And it is often better to get an AU because if they go UNC, something that might have gotten a pass in AU will trigger a Details verdict.
