1921 P VAM 3P

1921 P VAM 3P

I have a 1921 VAM 3P and it has the die gouge on both wind tips instead of just the one side. Is there any extra info on this Vam, because the one I have has a lot going on with it.

Is there any chance that all of the stuff under In is debris that can be dislodged?
When in doubt... don't.
