HELP! Expert needed for my 1921 S

Hello all, been a while since I posted Had some everyday life issues that kept me from my happy place (VAMMING!) but I'm back on the horse!
Got this 21 S that's been challenging me for several years.....I'm a Dark Sider for the most part and am very, very weak when it comes to 21's

Here's a list of what I see:
OBV:
Tripled Left Stars, Doubled and Trip Right Stars
Doubled Date
Doubled E PLURB
Scratched thru ERT of LIBERTY
REV:
Doubled UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Over Polished Left wing with heavy file lines/scratches (very unique scratches, hook like)
Gouge thru S of STATES
No Scribbles
I've attached pics of some of the PUPs, gouges and scratches.

Thought I'd ask if there was any thoughts on this 21 S before it fell off the 1st page

I wish I could help but I must admit that I do not know jack about 1921-S Morgans. If there is someone out there that specializes in them - I would like to know!!!!

I don't see that file line through the S in any listings, but I have been known to miss the obvious many times. It certainly is intriguing!

Thanks so much for your comments Brent and Raybob! I guess I'll set it in my LVA pile for now. Who knows, maybe some will chime in with some more info....I have a few more 21 S's that are beating me up I actually have a pile of 21's I've set aside over the past few years that I'm working on Fun with 21's right! hehehehe

Thanks Mitch, great to hear from you, been awhile Definitely not V19, my pics aren't the best so I can see where it may look concaved. I looked at V20 several times in the past and it just doesn't match up to the description. Any other suggestions would be awesome! I swear I've look up and down the VAM list 50 times and can't find a match....
