1888-O oval O VAM-5 confirmation

I bought this 1888-O VAM-5 PCGS XF45 AOH and would like to have confirmation if attribution by PCGS is correct.

I know this is quite rare and how i saw it at 200$ i didn't think twice and grabbed it.
By auction pics attached here i can't say if attribution is correct. Date position seems ok.

Maybe the height of the last 8 leads me to lean towards VAM-24 but i'm not sure

Finally received the coin and even with close up pics and also due to the dirt on the coin, i'm not able to confirm myself if this is correctly attributed by PCGS as VAM-5

Wish that @Vam-mysterio or anyone with more experienced eyes than me, will be able to help me

Vam 5 ‘s date is slanted with the 1
Closer to the rim,
Are able to see the die scratches at
Leave top kernels as shown in vam 5 page?

On the vam 5
The last 8 on the date is waaay high ,
and you can clearly see that the 1
Is closer to the rim

Vam 34 is the key vam to the oval o set
Followed by vam 5 as a very close second contender

I know VAM-34 and VAM-5 are keys for oval O set and these are the only ones i need...

The lump isn't there. That takes out VAM 18. Are there a couple of little die scratches just under the back of the nostril?

An FYI for anyone else following this thread - VAMs 18 and 5 share the 'exact' same reverse.

These are really hard to pic with my poor equipment but will try tomorrow morning with good daylight that always helps me.
