What would you do ?
Had a buyer commit by email to buy this 8TF VAM 9 a week ago(6/2), with an agreement to mail a check. As of today 6/9, no payment. The non-paying buyer has not responded to a follow up email sent today. What next ?

Re: What would you do ?
Give a couple more days to answer the e-mail. If no response, send one saying you're cancelling the sale. If there is a response, say you'll be cancelling the sale by a certain date if you don't have clear funds.

Re: What would you do ?
Not sure how you sold it but if it is ebay file a non-paid claim so it goes on their record. That is after you have decided they aren't going to pay.

Check? By mail? Emailed today? In the words of the great (meh) Aaron Rogers:

Honestly, peeps aren't hanging on every move in a situation like this. If the check is in the mail it could be God knows where and, if that is the case, the buyer may decide "He'll know when he gets the check...". And that's IF they've even read the email yet...
Remember, the last guy's guy is still in charge of the post office and he hasn't gotten any better at it...

I go totally NUTS for WOW! VAMs!! Or is that from WOW! VAMs?
Re: What would you do ?
If you can take a payment in some electronic form then keep going, otherwise cancel the sale. I haven't bought a coin with a check in over a decade and I am not sure I would given clearing times.
