Another Darksider - 1922 P VAM 5?
Have a nice, white 1922 P that I would grade at MS 62, but I can't grade Peace Dollars to save my life...'
The coin has the attributes of the VAM 5, but not sure if it is 5.1 or 5.2 and I am looking for some help, please.
The doubling of the left leg feathers and the rays under the wing is there.
The right foot appears doubled and the olive branch tripled. I don't see any die wear lines thru the E in ONE and no die gouge through the G in GOD.
On the obverse, however, there appears to be some doubling of the E and R that is not mentioned in any of the VAM 5 series.
One other note, the reverse is rotated counter clockwise.

I swear, someday I will learn how to grade Peace Dollars!

Blowing it up a little more, I can see some die wear around the E, as well as a small dot at the top, left.

Bumping so it does not get lost.
@colwillys , no gouge in G, not sure that the E shows wear lines. Is this a 5.1?
Thanks
Ray

If your attributions are right , this would be a VAM 5 . 1 .. I could not enlarge photos .

Thanks. I am pretty sure it's 5.1, however, there is some doubling on the obverse on the R and T that does not look like machine doubling. I've got to look at that a little more closely to figure out if it is or not, and if it is, whether to send it in for a possible revision.

Just from what I can see, it doesn't appear to be a vam 5 but really hard to tell from pics.
