trouble loading a pic to disc forum

It is 1.8 MB size. This happened before, I do not remember how I got it to work.

You can only upload JPEG images. If you are trying to load a PNG image that size, it will be blocked.

This is a JPEG image. Dimensions are 3548 X 2736. I emailed it through gmail to a friend successfully.
