1878 7/8 VAM-????????

I have tried to attribute this coin but have failed miserably. Could it be a EDS, MDS or LDS of a particular 7/8 VAM??????
Would surely appreciate some help here please, thanks all.

I think you already posted one of these same VAMs a year or two ago.
I might be wrong.

This is a 7/4 tf variety
Hint: chip at 8

When you see a weak 7/8 you then look at the eagles talon. If its doubled you then check the cotton bols/leaves and that tells the tale of whether you have the most rare or most common 7/8
