Kenny, I don't have time to look at this.
I'm still trying to find one of your 11As.

Re: who am I?(I got nothin')
This could also be a near date high 'O' coin as well. Hard to tell from the fuzzy reverse photo, but I think the die cracks that I can see in UNITED will be the key to solving this VAM.
Re: who am I?(I got nothin')
Okay Kenny, I took a look.
I got nothin.
Just like my search for your 11A.

Re: who am I?(I got nothin')
Just make sure the bit going from the N to the rim isn't a planchet flaw or lamination.

Re: who am I?(I got nothin')
I have 'massaged' the entire crack and N vigorously with a stick. And now, I feel guilty and dirty some how, even if she is older than me by a couple years. No change to the coin though. What next?...

Re: who am I?(I got nothin')
I've never seen a die break above the serif in 'N' like that on any 1900 O coin, and I've looked at thousands of them. To paraphrase a formerly popular saying, "If the stick don't hit you have to submit". Not convinced a coin in that condition will get a listing, but you will never find out if you don't.
Re: who am I?(I got nothin')
Send it to Leroy. Look to see if the other cracks, ignoring the break above the N, match anything else just for grins.

Re: who am I?(I got nothin')
When I first looked at your pics, looked like a stage of the Vam 49. While not exactly the same, check the Chiefs full reverse pic of the Vam 49B United Break ????
Re: who am I?(I got nothin')
I believe that I have checked all with listed cracks/breaks at UNITED. The V49 MM isn't a match, but neither is the break pattern. I guess a trip to Sidney on Friday!...
