15-day service wasted

Post by DHalladay » Mon Oct 21, 2019 6:26 pm

I'm in a bad and venting mood today. :x

Early this month I sent in 3 coins to a grading company that will remain nameless, because I can't name it right now without using multiple inappropriate words. USPS tracking shows it was delivered the morning of October 7. I paid for quick-ish 15-day service.

It wasn't until today, however, that said company finally logged them into their system and started the grading clock running.

What a way to treat customers.
When in doubt... don't.

Are you sure is not 15 business day service? Because that will put the deadline till 10/28 next week, which will give them time to ship it on 10/24 or 10/25 so it can be deliver back to you by 10/28.

15 days in there hands only . Shipping does not count USPS works 6 day a week . UPS and FedEx 5 days a week .
Now they may hold your package to start the service ..

I just got my coins back from Pcgs and I am not happy also. They couldn’t attribute 1878s v77, 1891o vam 1b, and 1954s 10c fs-501! Not to mention some grading issues.
