Posting an active auction that's not yours is a gray area. In many cases, this is the place for it, but in cases where you're possibly outing a cherrypick or otherwise spoiling the efforts of someone doing their due diligence with attribution, it's frowned upon. This isn't due to policy of the board as much as it is part of a "cherrypicker's code."

In the past it has happened that the poster of a live auction has been given a lot of grief.
If you need help attributing a coin in a live auction, it may be prudent to privately ask someone you trust for help.
I don't post live auction links unless it is to warn others that the coin is not as claimed.
But that's just my opinion.
