How rare are they?

I have 8. Die 2 seems to be the rarest V103 Pair.

I think that Tim's discovery -- 103 die 5 -- is the most difficult.

I think Die 2 is the toughest to locate going by graded/registered pieces I've acquired over the years.

Die 2 one piece. May have a few raw.

Die 5 three pieces. A few raw AU MS.

Die 1 Five pieces. Including graded MS PL and a few raw.

Die 4 Six pieces. Including MS PL and a few raw.

Die 3 Eight pieces.

Only one MS Die 2 ??

Vam 103.2 has been the easiest for me, hands down. 103.5 is hardest and often comes with problems. 103.3 is awesome in its own right, being the EDS of v49. 103.1 is rare in me. 103.4 seems plentiful in ms but I have not found it in that grade.
