I met that artist back in the late 90's or early 00's. Believe he was from Springfield, Mo. and was visiting someone I knew in kansas. He has written books on the Lincoln cent and I was given a copy of his "Looking Through Lincoln Cents" after i had let him use a 1971 DDO Lincoln cent I had found in change for photos.
