Gary:

Premiums for this coin, as with all VAMs, are near-impossible to define with high reliability. There are simply too many key variables, such as:
– Is the coin graded or raw?
– Is it attributed on the holder or not?
– Which firm graded it?
– Is the coin high end for the grade or a dog?
– Is the eye appeal "wow" or "bow-wow"?
– Is it booming blast white or ugly toned/spotted?

In my database of VAM 5 sales the range in each grade is:
MS62 -- $28 (raw in March 2010) to $150 (PCGS in Jan. 2017). They tend to be in the $50-$75 area for graded coins.
MS63 -- $29 (raw in Dec. 2008) to $150 (NGC in Feb. 2012). They tend to be in the $60-$80 area for graded coins.
MS64 -- $75 (ICG in April 2010) to $360 (ANACS Jan. 2021). They tend to be in the $100-$150 area for graded coins.
