1882 o/s VAM-4 EDS
I think the mm has the attributes of being an early die state, if so then apparently the coin is rare and in demand. Not many are graded and encapsulated. What's it worth? What's it worth in an ANACS holder vs a PCGS or NGC holder? Perhaps anybody buying this at auction in an ANACS holder would likely reholder it in a PCGS holder in order to include it in a PCGS set registry. And perhaps anybody buying this in a PCGS holder would be suspicious of the attribution. Maybe best not to have it sent in for grading.

VAM 4 EDS is tremendously rare -- more so in my opinion than even the high (and very few) previous sales prices indicate. If you hope to sell it for anything close to full value it must be graded and attributed.
PCGS has the biggest Registry program, so that's where the biggest values are.
ANACS attributions are the most reliable, though.
Your coin looks VF35 and cleaned to me.
Here are all of the previous sales I have over the last 7 years. (A $360 NGC-53 sale at Heritage in April 2018 is not included on this list because I did not agree with the attribution... and it appears that no one else who bid did either):
1882-O/S 4 EDS 62 PCGS Oct-18 PP $15,000
1882-O/S 4 EDS 58 PL ANACS Sep-14 PP $6,000
1882-O/S 4 EDS 58 NGC Sep-16 PP $3,500
1882-O/S 4 EDS 55 PCGS Dec-13 H $2,820
1882-O/S 4 EDS 50 PCGS Jul-18 PP $2,200

When in doubt... don't.

Thank you. I agree with your grade, VF35 cleaned. I am not a collector of these 1882 o/s coins, and those that do would likely desire a coin without issues. Not too sure what I should do with this.

VF-25 Details Cleaned.
Contests one and two both flopped, I'm getting ready to start a third contest and give away an unprecendent number of "details" San Francisco Long Nocks!!!
