Peace Vam-1K comet

trying to determine a fair price for a 1922-P Peace VAM - 1K comet under P
I didn't see any listed here for sale and nothing popped on eBay. The Interest and Rarity are not incredibly high, I just cant determine a fair market value.
Any Thoughts?

What is the grade . Looks too have a low number found .. low of 20.oo and up to 38.oo .. Condition is key .
