have had this one for a few years and does anyone know history of this or what the value may be? i have been looking for another and have never seen one has pretty colors the sugar company was in denver i believe

Odd that they'd say an 86-P is from Denver. I suppose if it was mailed from Denver that could have been what was meant. Not sure of the value, but I imagine it would be like the Tidy House dollars.

I have never seen any of those before. Great history. I love the colors on that sugar dollar. I also don't remember the postage. That is very cool. Thanks all for showing us these. P.S.. That G&W sugar is still available.
I've bought several over the years. Here are two coins I put into these holders 8-10 years ago. They have always been stored in the same location but clearly the older American Savings holder adds more to the one. Maybe they will be killer toners one day.
