I'm wondering if it's worth slabbing my recent 83O VAM-1C2 with AOH?
While assessing on eBay, the photos told me it would grade as VF20. The photos were soft focus, probably trying to hide what the seller thought were negative features. It may grade higher, but let's assume VF20 for now.
Under the loupe, and while taking photos with phone + triplet 10x, I noticed some extreme strike doubling. Well, it's the first time I'm recognized it on my own (thanks to that recent post by JB). I assume it's extreme. Some of the denticles and even part of the eagle's wing show a very low shelf of strike doubling. Very cool IMO

To me the variety seems quite rare, but that's due to deterioration of a die, so there are more out there with this deterioration. But the strike doubling makes this lady even more unique. It was interesting in that article how die deterioration can also lead to a type of doubling (but not this doubling).
I assume the strike doubling adds no value what so ever, except to tell the story of a rare die variety being even more rare or unique. My understanding is that strike doubling will affect a handful of coins until the operator realizes the die is not secure.
Thanks in advance for any estimates of value or advice on grading w/ AOH.
Just for fun, I can post the listing photos so you can see what I had to go on before risking $23.99

lemme know and I'll add.
Below are some quick photos from cell phone (no loupe, no contrast enhancement).
