What to do with a possible vam 19B2
What to do with a possible vam 19B2
hello all,
So posting a question about my 1889 dollar, some of you believe it could be a vam 19B2. So my question is.... what to do with it. I bought a set of coins at a garage sale. An uncirculated Morgan coins of the 19th century tribute to the west. Do you feel the coins are better left in the set, (15 coins)or pull the 1889 out. If you want to see pictures of the 1889 I have them in the general board. I will include a few here. So what is the best avenue to pursue if I was to sell? Thank you so much!!!

Send all of them to JB (messydesk) for the 2019 VSS/PCGS Bulk Submission #4
Look in the Buy, Sell, Trade section, great deal I would say.
I paid $105.50 for My PCGS 1889-P MS 64 V-19B2.

Re: What to do with a possible vam 19B2
I have only three sales data records for 1889-P VAM 19B2, and all show just modest premiums over generic price:
1889- 19B2 61 PCGS May-19 E $71
1889- 19B2 58 ANACS Oct-13 E $63
1889- 19B2 58 raw Jan-15 E $36
1889- 19B2 61 PCGS May-19 E $71
1889- 19B2 58 ANACS Oct-13 E $63
1889- 19B2 58 raw Jan-15 E $36
When in doubt... don't.

Re: What to do with a possible vam 19B2
It really depends on what you are going to do with the coins.... If you plan on selling them, then the VSS route
is far less expensive then sending them in yourself for grading. ( PCGS grade + VSS attribution) If you are
going to keep them, then it's your choice to send them in or just keep them raw,
