Dennis; Are you kidding us: What a vam tastic /super multiple sales comps which would make
any price guide envious. Super job & thanks for your continued work on values

Why the heck dont you assemble a guide and charge plenty fo it??? Guess you've already
crossed that dilema bridge several times over. A shame not for vammers to have some type of
legitimate guide

If I'm not mistaken, it took several people at least a year to put one together last time.
Very time consuming and almost instant questioning regarding pricing....

I for one would like to thank them again for their past efforts. Would I like to see
one again? YOU BET!! Also willing to pay up for it.

Agreed. Miss the real deal very much. A lot of negatives went out to the people that worked so hard to do it. They didn't deserve the hassle they had to endure...kenny

As a very distant Vammer from the past I'd give a hen's tooth for an update of any form.
Bought a 2014 of vam view at summer FUN from a friend who kept his 2015 version.
Informative.
Just not a current market guide.
Heritage and ebay/ pcgs can only give so much on updated sale /value estimates
But many that I found and searched have empty value info.

JMO, but I think one of the biggest issues was what to include/leave out... I think an abbreviated version would be sufficient, but where would the line be drawn for which VAMs to include??
I know some folks (even other than Dennis, but he’s the king) have been tracking sales, but has there been any forward movement on compilation?

FOR WHAT ITS WORTH= IMHO
PRICE GUIDE:
Any type of product or service needs a price list/or guide to be really validated or for a
long term chance at success. Our vams are collectors items which makes em a bit more
forgiving, but the lack of decent pricing leads to huge value swings, and hence lack of interest.
IMHO; Vamview provided a rough guide but it also failed on many fronts, due to Logan hyping up
many prices in order to promote vams. I know this for a fact on many listed varieties within vamview.
Just one example was 1882 o/s vam 3A - listed in au at $750 originally before any au found-
it was a guesstimate at best. Once found it plummented fast.
IMHO- We dont need another guide predicated on that type of hype etc

This has all been brought up before, but before vams can gain decent mkt exposure again
a decent valuation guide must be developed IMHO. Regards Scott
