That really depends on the 19B2 that you have.
Some B2s look like a 19B1. In my opinion those should not get anymore than a 19B1.
But the really cool clashed B2s could get a little bit more if you can wait for a clash fan to buy it.

I used to have two 19B1 MS-64s that I paid less than $100 each.
As soon as I purchased my first true WOW 19B2, I got ride of both 19B1s.

Both of the following are the really nice die state WOW 19B2s.
PCGS MS-63 19B2 $65.
NGC MS-64 in a Paramount holder with toning $142.

Well, this struck my curiosity... if your "23a" is actually a 19b2, I wonder what your "19b2" actually is?
I go totally NUTS for WOW! VAMs!! Or is that from WOW! VAMs?

As for the OP, I haven't come across many 19b2's, so my personal opinion is that they are underrated...

Well, I'll tell ya Kenny, if you were looking at a roll of 89-P's and came to one rev. up and saw the strength of the clashing it'd be easy to dream of what you were about to see on the obverse... of course you'd have to completely ignore the fact that the v23a shows no rev. clashing AND the fact that the obv. clashing looks totally different AND the fact that one is a far date and one isn't to really believe, but, hey, some people's kids...

Pete; thanks for posting pic--- Robert F may be confused but i am not. LOL
Robert alludes to my 1889 23A actually being 19b2 and me not knowing difference
I have not communicated or etc with Robert- and now he puts digs at me
(very in appropriate) Shame on him IMHO

ITS HARD for me to stand by and let him dig- but i will continue to shine him off

For info; I sold my 23A au58 a while back
AND
Im keeping my PCGS 62 which is one grade dwn from yours PETE, AND SEMI PL fields

My 1889 b2 is a ms65--- Top pop NAOH
