Problem with uploading

Post by Clang0 » Mon Dec 24, 2018 3:42 am

I was trying to post two pictures Obverse and reverse of coin. First pic(Obv) worked fine, second Pic(Rev) converted the first Pic(Obv) to the Rev also. Selected revert, now I have three Pics of Obv. Never did get to add them to my Post couldn't find instructions or how to upload more than one pic. By the time I decided to just use one Pic, My post was gone along with my long Intro. Now that I have vented HOW do you upload more than one Pic and add them to your post. Where do I go for this info

Hello and Welcome to the madness. I'm not sure, but there might be minor restrictions for new members? The site admin is messydesk. He's the one to touch base with. It's hard at first, but don't give up, it does get easier!...

Thank you!!!
Do I need to post a different Subject to find out how to delete the Pics I've already uploaded to start completely over?

Try to post one of the pictures to this thread. Either click on the "Attachments" tab, then "Add files" and choose the file, or drag and drop an image from your system directly into the message box where you type the text of a post. Also, let me know the file type. If it's not a JPEG image and is too big, that may cause problems.

Actually, the Obverse is II/I (looking at inner and Doubled die of LIBERTY), the Reverse is a A2/A1 (since it has Doubled Die of Arrow Heads and Shaft) according to what I have researched so far. I was hoping to put Pics up where people could click on the Pics to magnify them and inspect them. There's alot going on with them than the VAM Book Edition 4 lists. As soon as I learn how to take the Pics properly and put up on site from the upload page instead of from the original folder and have the magnification work. I plan on putting them for people to study and some input.
I could purchase all the variety supplements (not knowing which year this VAM was discovered) for a little over hundred bucks, then find out it's not in any of those supplements either. Catch 22 so to speak.

Thanks for compliment on coin Kenny,

A1F is the type of 8TF REV you have. Which means you a limited to VAMs 12, 16 & 17. I'll let you attribute from here. Good Luck...kenny
