trouble loading a pic to disc forum

I used paint to reduce the pic to 474 KB. The dimensions are 912X684 it will not accept.

Only JPEG format is allowed for upload. If you have a BMP, GIF, PNG, or anything else, it won't be accepted.

again I resized two pics. they are JPEG. Can you see the results before I delete the files?

E-mail them to me. I seem to remember something like this happening once in the past. I'm not sure what the cause was, but I can play with it.
