Testing tagging users

Test if quoting tags re-tags user.

Good. New feature works, the way I was hoping it worked. Just type a username preceded by @, and that person will get a notification that they've been tagged in a thread.

Nice. Can we get a "like" button too please. Such a great tool for acknowledging someone's comment on the occasion a post or quote-post isn't warranted :)

I was looking into this a little while ago, and there is one extension that is under development, but I would prefer to wait for a version that's a stable release.
