1884 O VAM?

Another 1884 O VAM resisting attribution. First, is this a 'normal date right edge-oval O' or a 'far date-oval O'?. This example does not exhibit overlapping reeding...

A group of fine diagonal polishing lines is noted near the inside bottom the ear; the highest of which is noted by the 3 red arrows. In the hair at the lower right of the ear 2 raised lines are noted (red arrows). Below the outside bottom of the earlobe, several raised lines and patchy devices are noted (red ellipse).

The mintmark is placed just a tad high and tilted slightly left. The inside void of the mintmark appears to be 'filled'; could also be evidence of some doubling.

8 0r 9 strong raised lines are noted in the ribbon loop void (red ellipse). There appear to be several raised lines below the left wreath branch (red arrow).
