another mystery 1921-S

Not a huge amount to go on with this one, aside from some decent cracks. There is a Z shaped group of chunky polishing lines (?) in the lower right scribbles zone, and a vertical die scratch (?) in the upper inside of the ear. I also see modestly doubled/tripled left and right stars.

Looks like it will have to go in the next batch to VSS.

If there's nothing listable that's clear enough to make a photo from which other coins can be attributed, I'd call it VAM 1.

I found something else that seems significant enough to merit consideration of an attribution – gouges at the eagle's throat – especially in conjunction with the Z-shaped scribbles/polishing lines, vertical line in ear, and lines at the top cotton leaf:
