Not seeing anything abnormal, looks pretty standard from here. I would always recommend sticking with a 10x loupe when doing variety attribution since the surface of a coin can be a pretty interesting medium when viewed at under heavy magnification due to variety of processes that Roger could probably get into far better than myself.

Those are metal flow lines from die wear and are perfectly normal.

I agree. The 10x is all you need for this sport, and that magnified coin surface and those disruptions in what I think are flow lines are all very interesting...

That is why I was looking for Die file lines on this 'doubled looking' Coin profile; at the chin and other likely spots:
