Flummoxed over this 1921-D
I just received a beautiful MS64, studied it up close and personal (unfortunately peering through a badly scratched gen.4 PCGS holder). None of the crack/break diagrams comes close and I find no match for the scribbles. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. To avoid posting all 26 photos I made, I'm including only a few and the crack diagram. I'll add additional images beneath this post.@DHalladay

Thanks. I”m surprised that there are no photos of the cracks running from the 2nd right star across Liberty’s neck and the other running from the lower hair up to the nose. It’s also surprising that there isn’t a crack/break guide for this one.

There are updates to both the scribbles and crack guides in the pipeline to be posted, but @fogie has been doing the coin show road warrior thing for about three weeks. He'll have A LOT of emails with attachments waiting for him when he gets home.
When in doubt... don't.

Great news. Is anyone working on the 21-S pages?
